In terms of the prescribed fee guidelines proposed to attorneys by the Legal Practice Council (previously the Law Society), the drafting of an antenuptial contract and the attendance on execution, notarial attestation and the registration thereof in the deeds office is over R3500 (excluding Vat). This fee excludes the deeds office fee of R445 as well as any consultations with an attorney to discuss any particular aspect of your antenuptial contract.
WHAT DO WE CHARGE YOU?
Our total fees are R1650 which includes the deeds office fee of R445. This fee includes everything that is required to provide you with a duly registered antenuptial contract.
